Labor Day Weekend

Began on Thursday with the arrival of my new baby carrier. I am SOOOO excited and Levi loves it. It is pretty much the only place he will take a nap during the day. The Beco Butterfly is great because it is the ONLY soft structured carrier on the market that you can use from birth until the child is 45lbs. I absolutely love it. We went to Purple Power Play on Poyntz which is a pep rally to begin the football season. We walked all the way there, and then it appeared as if it would rain, so Justin went home to get the car, and picked us up and we left early. It never rained, which bums me out because we could have stayed much longer.

The weekend also included:Tummy time, which Levi actually enjoys. Jackson hated it and we rarely did it with him. A visit from Grandpa Tuna! YAY!

Jackson's biggest accomplishment this week is learning how to situate himself to go down the slide and going down the slide of his own free will. Up until now we have been basically forcing him to go down the slide:
I took some photos today at the park that I think are really good, here's my fav:Jackson is very concerned about the sand on his hands.

We can't forget the general cuteness that is abound because your kid is not cute if they don't have a RUN DMC shirt.

And finally, Levi is beginning to enjoy some of the toys he has- here he is in the play gym he has courtesy of our good friends, the Waltons:
