Levi has been a little more needy than Jackson was in the early weeks and I kept repeating the mantra that all I need to do is "make it through the first three months". Well, we have arrived, I am happy to announce that Levi is 3 months old and everything is looking great. Its like having a totally different baby. Milestones include smiling, making a "razzing" sound, being incredibly excited about a game of peekaboo, and graduating to size 2 diapers. Most importantly, Levi can now be PUT DOWN once he has been fed and happily entertain himself for quite some time.
Granted, we don't exactly have a nap "schedule" yet and he's not sleeping through the night, but things are a little less stressful and we are no longer spending our days trying to figure out why the baby is freaking out. He is cute and cuddly. He loves to cuddle and snuggle up with you on the couch and fall asleep in your arms or on your chest. He's a happy baby and we can finally let out that sigh of relief, that the clouds have lifted. Ladies and gentleman, we have graduated from having a newborn to having an infant.
