Trying Tofu!
Yesterday was a big day, we went to the park, Jackson took a nap, Jackson had his first professional photos taken, Jackson took another nap, then we tried something very daring, TOFU!
Jackson was not the biggest fan of tofu on the first try, but we'll be trying again soon and we are confident he will grow to LOVE IT!
