We're BACK!

Sorry its been so long. We had a BIG summer. First we moved into a hotel in KC for 10 days for work- the kids had a blast:

The we flew to Vermont:
Where we saw Grandpa Tuna:
Took the kids to the Echo Center (which Parent's magazine says is one of the top 10 things to do with your kids over the summer)
Then we went to the Islands to Caitlin & Michaels gorgeous wedding:
And the boys were super cute in their dress clothes:
Then we flew to Charleston, SC
Where we had a little beach vacation

And visited the port of CharlestonThen Oma and Doris Came to visit:
And Levi had a Birthday
For which I made this cake:
Which the kids seemed to enjoy:
And we had a bounce house

We also did some crazy house projects this summer we got a new roof and we had the house painted.

We also revamped the boys' payroom:

Then we went to Houston where Justin and I had the pleasure of working with the Houston Urban Debate League while the boys had lots of fun with Honey, Grandpa and Lele.

Then we finally came home for good in the middle of August to get ready for the school year to begin. Of course, throughout the summer there was lots of grilling:

Whew, that was a LOT. It was a great summer, we accomplished lots of goals including getting both boys sleeping in the same room from 7pm-8am every day (thank GOD).
